We care about your health & safety in the midst of Coronavirus COVID-19. To that end, we will be closing the space from today Friday, March 13th - Tuesday, March 31st. The space is cleaned every week and we are having it deep cleaned and sanitized as well.
We are always excited to see your faces and share space with you; however, we are also mindful about the current public health concerns about COVID-19.
Below are our upcoming events in March that were scheduled to take place in the space. We are looking to take these online so please be on the lookout for additional information.
March 18th - Board Recruitment Mixer
March 18th - LIving Room Chats
March 31st - Trans Day of Resilience Panel
Affinity will always be a welcoming space, and one that encourages us all to be our best, healthiest selves. Here are a few tips from us to you.
Wash your hands & then wash them again. Add some rubbing alcohol to be extra safe.
Cover your nose & mouth when you cough with a tissue or flexed elbow.
Unplug when necessary. The continuous influx of new stories and social media posts can be overwhelming.
For our aging constituents and folks with compromised immune systems - please take extra care!
Please visit our website for the link to City of Chicago’s official guidelines for personal, family, and your community care.
Family, this is an ever-changing situation and we will remain in consistent communication with all of you. Affinity will continue to be available via all of our digital platforms for questions and potential referrals and support if needed. Please take care of yourself and each other.
