The 6th LGBTQ+ Care Fair is a collaboration between Affinity Community Services and The Care Plan. 

We are dedicated to bringing information about wellness, aging, and LGBTQ+ affirming resources to the Black LGBTQ+ community of Chicago. We are the only care fair of this kind that occurs on the south side of Chicago!
